Jesse Rowse - Managing Director
A trained naval architect with 100,000+ nautical miles of offshore sailing experience and 2 decades working as a Team Manager, Sailor, Electronics Specialist and Boat Captain on projects ranging from Mini 6.50 to IMOCA to Racing Superyachts. A strong technical background combined with extensive sailing experience has put Jesse in a unique position to develop novel solutions on offshore racing yachts. A career highlight was leading the in house creation of a Machine Learning driven autopilot algorithm on the 2020 Vendee Globe campaign of Alex Thomson from concept development through to implementation. |

Lincoln Dews
An accomplished sailor in his own right, Lincoln has contributed to a wide range of projects, from two-handed 30ft IRC campaigns to 100ft super maxis, both as a sailor and in technical support roles. His experience includes working with classes at the pinnacle of ocean racing, notably IMOCA 60 projects. Lincoln holds a BSc in Physics and is currently pursuing an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Combining his on-water expertise with a strong technical background, Lincoln is passionate about leveraging advanced technology and data-driven insights to enhance ocean racing performance, delivering highly technical solutions to every project. |
